Meatloaf An American Delicacy with a Sweet & Tangy Tomato Sauce

Oven:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 450F or 232C.
*This can be done after making the loaf or the sauce.

Making the meatloaf:
2. in a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, egg, onion, potato, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, sea salt, black pepper, chopped onions, chopped green peppers, rotel tomatoes (chilies and tomatoes)
*Meat can be seasoned with Garlic power and seasoning salt.
3. In smaller bowl, melt the butter and pour it into a pain.
4. Form the beef mixture into a bread-like loaf and place in the center of the baking pan.
*Remember to always wash your hands.

Sweet &Tangy Tomato Sauce

5.n a medium‑sized bowl combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar.
6. Whisk and set aside.

Oven-bake
7. Insert Loaf into oven at 450f/232C for 15 until brown
8. After 15 mins, take the STTS, and glaze the loaf every 10 minutes for the hour and thirty minutes or until sauce is finish.

Yield: 8 servings

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 1 1/2 hours
